My Story
Rocco Chiappini, MD, founder of NEAC Coaching and Consulting, is a physician with extensive experience in patient care and physician leadership. He was trained in Leadership and Performance coaching at the ACT program at Brown University and is certified by ICF. Rocco has a deep interest in helping people, teams and organizations reach their potential.
Philosophy
At NEAC, we believe that all of us want to positively impact the world and that we have a better chance of doing so when we have greater awareness. Awareness of how we show up in our workplaces. Awareness of how we interact with coworkers and teammates. Awareness of how our organizations work. And so much more. Through coaching and consulting awareness grows and we are able to make choices to change and improve ourselves and the places where we work.
